Shannon Snell MBA, BSDH has a diverse background in the dental industry. Shannon founded and is currently the CEO of a Dental Consulting Company since April 2018. Prior to that, they were the CEO of Crown Staffing LLC, where they also worked as a Licensed Dental Hygienist from September 2010 to September 2012. Shannon also served as the Practice Administrator at a Private Dental Practice from March 2014 to April 2019, while also working as a Licensed Dental Hygienist from May 2012 to March 2014. In addition, they have experience as a Practice Management Consultant at a Dental Practice Management Consulting Firm from October 2015 to April 2018. Overall, Shannon brings a combination of leadership, consulting, and clinical skills to their work in the dental industry.

Shannon Snell holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology Project Management - Dentistry from Hamline University (2012-2014). Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Dental Hygiene from the University of Minnesota (2008-2010) and pursued Pre-Dentistry Studies at Minnesota State University, Mankato (2005-2007).
