Tara Sweeney

Tara Sweeney has a diverse work experience in human resources, spanning over two decades. Tara'smost recent role is as the Human Resources Director at Dental365, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2020, they served as the VP of Human Resources at Beyond Boundaries Autism & Therapeutic Services. Tara was also the Director of Employee Experience at Schweiger Dermatology Group from 2016 to 2019.

Before these roles, Tara worked as the Human Resources Manager at Horizon Engineering Associates, LLP from 2012 to 2016, where they managed the full HR function for a multi-state organization. Early on in their career, Tara worked as an Office Manager at Bolighus LLC from 1998 to 1999, where they handled client billing, HR functions, and payroll.

Throughout their career, Tara has achieved various accomplishments such as securing low-cost benefits, negotiating cost savings, and implementing training programs. Tara has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws.

Tara Sweeney earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the State University of New York at Oswego in 1998.
