Zarah Baertels has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Zarah currently works as an HR Manager at Dentalum since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Bambora from 2015 to 2021 in various roles. Zarah started as a Human Resources Coordinator, responsible for coordinating payroll and handling tasks such as employment agreements, on-boarding, off-boarding, pensions, insurances, salaries, and implementation of HR systems. In 2017, they transitioned into the role of Human Resources Specialist. Before Bambora, Zarah worked at Visma Services from 2010 to 2015 as an HR/Payroll Consultant. Zarah'sresponsibilities included managing payroll for around 250 salaries for multiple customers and handling all payroll administration tasks. Zarah also had regular client contact and participated in recruitment interviews. Zarah's work experience also includes a role as a Receptionist at Kaffeknappen AB in 2006-2007, where they were responsible for various administrative tasks related to office management.
Zarah Baertels earned a Bachelor's degree in Personal Work from Örebro University, graduating in the year 2010. In April 2019, they obtained a certification in Workning Enviroment - BAM (Bättre Arbetsmiljö) from Prevent - Arbetsmiljö i samverkan.
