Zarah Baertels earned a Bachelor's degree in Personal Work from Örebro University, graduating in the year 2010. In April 2019, they obtained a certification in Workning Enviroment - BAM (Bättre Arbetsmiljö) from Prevent - Arbetsmiljö i samverkan.
