Cecilia Carolina Calderón has worked in a variety of roles since 2001. Starting as a Project Manager at the Ministry of Housing in Chile, they then moved to Home Health Advocates in 2005 as a System Analysis consultant. In 2006, they were a Software Engineer at SightSpeed, where they worked until 2008 when they joined Logitech as an Engineer in their Video Business Unit. In 2010, they moved to HP as a PMO, and in 2011 they founded ITPlaydo, where they were President until 2013 when they founded DENTIDESK and became its CEO.

Cecilia Carolina Calderón has a diverse educational background. In 2014, they earned a Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. From 2007 to 2008, they attended University of California, Berkeley and obtained a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Information Systems and Management. From 2005 to 2006, they attended City College of San Francisco and obtained a Certificate in Java Programming. From 1993 to 1998, they attended Universidad del Bío Bío and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences.
