Tom Williams

Tom Williams serves as the Fractional COO at Vision Dental Partners since November 2023, contributing to the organization's commitment to exceptional oral care and patient satisfaction. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of DEO Operations Coach at DEO: The Dentist Entrepreneur Organization starting in December 2022, where efforts focused on optimizing operational systems for dental practices. As Chief Operating Officer at Real Life Dental Group from January 2016 to July 2022, Tom oversaw significant construction projects and operational strategies. Additional experience includes a National Sales Manager role at Rapid Cool Trading USA Inc. and multiple leadership positions at Athletes in Action, where initiatives led to considerable growth and fundraising successes. Tom's educational background includes a Master's of Science in Wood Utilization and Quality Control from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
