Shay Kiker

Shay Kiker currently serves as the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Dentologie, beginning in September 2023. Previously, Shay held multiple roles at Slalom from September 2020 to September 2023, including Consultant on Rotation managing a strategic initiative for account optimization across 700+ customers globally, and Consultant in Strategy & Operations for Fortune 100 and 500 clients with a focus on healthcare and life sciences. Earlier experience includes an Associate Consultant role at Capgemini, a Consulting Intern position at Alight Solutions, and leadership as a Trip Leader and Guide at Noah's Ark Whitewater Rafting & Adventure Co. Shay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Anthropology with a Studio Art minor from Vanderbilt University, complemented by a study abroad experience at the University of Sydney.
