Greg Rice

Greg Rice has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Greg started their career as a Software Engineer at American Airlines in 1993 and later worked as an Implementation Manager at SABRE. From 1999 to 2005, they were a Software Development Manager at Sprint, leading teams for various system enhancements.

In 2007, they joined Alliance Data as a Sr. Business Analyst, where they supported electric provider clients and worked on process improvement and automation solutions. In 2010, they became a Manager of Business Support Analysts at Vertex North America, where they managed a team providing meter-to-cash customer management solutions for utilities.

Since 2011, Greg has been with CoServ, where they have held multiple roles, including Project Manager, Integration Support Manager, Director of Technology Support, and currently, IT Director - Enterprise Applications. In their current role, they are responsible for assembling and leading teams in delivering integrated solutions across various business verticals.

Greg Rice attended Langston University from 1988 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Management Information Systems (MIS). In August 2021, they also obtained a certification in "Communicating with Diplomacy and Tact" from LinkedIn.
