Arnaldo Bernardi

Arnaldo Bernardi is a legal professional with extensive experience in anti-corruption, internal investigations, and compliance. Currently serving as Counsel at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP since September 2017, Arnaldo previously held the position of Senior Compliance Counsel at Total from October 2018 to May 2019. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, where Arnaldo was involved in enforcement, internal investigations, civil, and commercial litigation from September 2014 to August 2017, after initially serving as Avvocato at the same firm from June 2009 to July 2013. Arnaldo holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business Regulation, Litigation, and Arbitration from New York University and a Law Degree from Università degli Studi di Milano, supplemented by a year as a visiting exchange student at Université Paris Cité.
