Cécile Bayle

Cécile Bayle is a Partner in Company Law with extensive experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law. They represent a diverse clientele, including investment funds, industrial groups, SMEs, management teams, and entrepreneurs, and have worked on numerous transactions across sectors such as asset management, insurance, renewable energy, and pharmaceuticals. Before joining Dentons, Cécile served in various positions at firms including Kipling, Salans, Fidal, and Société Juridique Etudes et Conseils (Ernst & Young partner). Cécile earned multiple postgraduate degrees in Corporate Law and Taxation from the University of Poitiers.
