Faye Garvey

Faye Garvey is a Partner in the Milton Keynes Corporate team at Dentons, where they specialize in private companies, acquisitions and disposals, restructures, and corporate governance. They have extensive experience in reviewing and drafting constitutional documents, joint ventures, and private equity investments, as well as working with both lenders and borrowers in real estate and leveraged facilities. Prior to their current role, Faye served as a Corporate Solicitor at Freeths LLP and held various positions at Dentons, including Senior Associate and Office Managing Partner. Faye earned an LLB in Law with French from the University of Birmingham.
