Jakub Celiński

Jakub Celiński, PhD, is the Poland Co-Managing Partner at Dentons, where they focus on equity and debt offerings as well as public and private M&A transactions, advising both local and international companies. They have played a pivotal role in several significant transactions, including mBank's €3 billion EMTN program and GTC's €500 million debut green bond issue. Celiński also serves as a lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics, sharing their expertise in postgraduate studies. Previously, they were a partner at Baker & McKenzie for two decades, co-heading the Securities Practice Group in Warsaw, and held a partnership at Dentons prior to their current role. Celiński's work has earned recognition from esteemed legal directories such as Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 EMEA.
