Matthew Cahill is a Partner at Dentons with over twenty-five years of experience advising clients on finance and capital markets transactions globally, having worked in prominent practices across London, Tokyo, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai. Previously, they held partnership positions at firms such as WILLIAM FRY, Sidley Austin LLP, and gunnercooke llp, specializing in structured finance and debt capital markets. Matthew began their legal career as a solicitor at P.J. O'Driscoll & Sons and has extensive experience from previous roles at Clifford Chance. They hold a BCL degree in Law from University College Cork.
