Roberta Moscaroli

Roberta Moscaroli is a partner at Dentons, based in the Rome office and a member of the Firm’s global Tax Practice. A Qualified Chartered Accountant and Auditor, Roberta has extensive experience advising national and international companies on M&A, deal structuring, and private equity transactions across various sectors, including IT, media, and banking. Previously, Roberta served as a professor at Wolters Kluwer Italia and LUISS Business School, and has held multiple positions as a Member and Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors for several Italian companies. Roberta holds an Economics degree from LUISS University and is currently pursuing a Law degree at Università degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi.
