Steven Nguyen

Steven Nguyen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law. Currently a Partner at Dentons since December 2019, Steven specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and venture capital transactions, as well as a wide range of commercial and business law matters. Prior to this role, Steven served as Commercial Director at Groupe Infrastructure Santé McGill, managing legal aspects of a major P3 infrastructure project. Additional experience includes serving as Legal Counsel for Pharmascience and an Associate at Gowling WLG Canada, where a broad corporate/commercial practice was developed. Steven began legal career as a Special Assistant to Senator Francis Fox, conducting legislative research and drafting key documents. Steven holds a Licentiate of Laws and an Honours Bachelor of Social Science from the University of Ottawa, and a diploma in Commerce from Marianopolis College.
