Simon Jini

Simon Jini is an experienced professional in the quality control sector, currently serving as QC Team Leader at Datum Dental Ltd. since March 2020, where responsibilities include working within a GMP environment and engaging in laboratory CAPA and quality engineering activities. Previously, Simon held roles as QC Associate and QC Assistant, where key tasks involved writing and editing SOPs, developing biochemical methods, and supporting GMP production activities. Simon's background includes serving as a Lab Assistant during the Covid-19 response and military service as a Combat Intelligence Officer in the Israel Defense Forces, advancing to the rank of Captain in the Reserve Army. Academically, Simon holds a Master’s degree in Biochemistry from the Weizmann Institute of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Plant Sciences and Biotechnology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
