Michael Roman

Michael Roman currently serves as the Director of Ethics & Compliance for North America at Dentsply Sirona, advising senior management on complex legal and compliance issues. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Senior Compliance Manager in the Office of Ethics and Compliance at Abbott, where responsibility included directing the global ethics and compliance program. Michael's earlier experience involved managing compliance and e-Discovery programs at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, providing counsel on Medicare marketing guidelines at Health Care Service Corporation, and contributing to legal proceedings as a Law Clerk at Witzel & Zoeller. Michael began the professional career as an Account Executive at Dunbar Armored, Inc. and holds a J.D. from Cooley Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
