Pascale MINNEBOIS is an experienced customer service professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as the Customer Service Manager for BeNeLux at Dentsply Sirona since August 2018, Pascale previously held the position of Customer Care Manager EMEA at Waldom Electronics from August 2015 to August 2016. Prior to that, a significant tenure at PROCTER & GAMBLE - Salon Professional from September 2007 to March 2014 involved leading customer service efforts for salon professional brands. Additionally, Pascale has extensive experience from September 1993 to March 2007 as the Customer Service Team Manager for Time Warner Publishing, overseeing customer service for Time Life products in Europe. Educational qualifications include a BTS degree from Ecole Nationale de Commerce and a baccalaureat B in economy and math from Lycee Turgot, both in Paris.
