Ryan Niccolls

Ryan Niccolls serves as the Sr. Director and Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Dentsply Sirona since February 2020, leading talent strategies for the world's largest manufacturer of dental products. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at BAYADA Home Health Care, where responsibilities encompassed talent strategies for the Skilled Nursing Unit, and previously as Sr. Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Westinghouse Electric Company, overseeing talent acquisition in the Americas for the nuclear power industry. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Elon University and completion of the CB&I Developing Leaders Program at Harvard Business School.
