Fiona McArthur

Fiona McArthur is a seasoned executive in the marketing and advertising industry, currently serving as Chief Growth Officer EMEA at Dentsu Creative since July 2022. Prior to this role, Fiona held the position of Solutions Lead at dentsu international from October 2021 to July 2022. Fiona's extensive experience includes a long tenure at adam&eveDDB, where responsibilities as Group Managing Director encompassed the growth and development of the agency's proposition and oversight of major brand teams including Hertz, eBay, and Mars. Previous roles also include Global Segment Lead for Mars Petcare Brands at DDB Worldwide and Business Director positions at DDB and RMG Connect. Fiona holds a Bachelor's Degree in European History and French from the University of East Anglia and completed studies at the University of Bristol.
