Rain Blond is a seasoned talent acquisition business partner currently engaged with Dentsu Creative, specializing in creative and design roles since August 2021. With extensive experience in recruitment and production, Rain previously held the position of senior creative recruiter at Filter, a Merkle Company, from 2010 to 2021. Additional roles include freelance production for Starbucks and producer at Getty Images, where responsibilities encompassed managing budgets and coordinating complex multimedia productions. Early career experiences involved positions at THOMAS M BARWICK INC, Nordstrom, RMB Vivid, Seal Press, and Bay Press, contributing to a diverse skill set in production, editorial assistance, and marketing. Rain Blond holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from the University of Washington, an AAS in Commercial Photography from Seattle Central College, and has a foundational education in Liberal Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
