CEO, dentsu EMEA at Dentsu International

Andre Andrade joined dentsu (Aegis Media at the time) in 2004 as CEO of Portugal. In 2011, he moved to Madrid, managing Spain and Portugal, assuming the responsibility of IBSSA in 2013.

In early 2023, Andrade took the additional responsibility to lead the Client & Solutions hub for EMEA. He was appointed EMEA CEO in October 2023 and is a member of the Dentsu Group Executive Management team.

Andrade started his career in marketing at P&G in 1992. This was delivered by organic growth and a highly successful acquisition plan, integrating over ten operations ranging from media, creative, content and data that brought new capabilities and talent to the dentsu proposition, under a true one dentsu market offering. As CEO, dentsu EMEA, Andrade leads over 16,000 people across 45 markets in delivering innovation and people centred transformation for clients.
