Dean McCarney

Dean McCarney is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at dentsu since 2019, Dean oversees a five-person team supporting 3,500 employees, including senior executives, while managing strategic planning, performance management, and HR functions. Prior to dentsu, Dean was the Vice President and Global Human Resources Director at Merkle, where leadership of a three-person team facilitated HR operations for 2,500 employees. Additional experience includes serving as Chief of Staff to the President of the Americas at Merkle and leading client relations at CFM Direct. Dean's career spans over three decades in account management and strategic roles, demonstrating a strong commitment to organizational development and employee engagement.
