Luke Speers

Luke Speers possesses extensive experience in human resources and executive leadership within notable organizations across the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as the APAC Chief People Officer at dentsu international since March 2016, Luke has held several key roles within the company, including Chief People Officer for ANZ/SEA and Human Resources Director for ANZ. Prior to dentsu, Luke was the Head of People and Head of Resourcing at iSelect from April 2012 to January 2016, and previously held a Senior Consultant position at Telstra. Additionally, Luke’s early career includes roles as Principal Consultant at MitchelLake Consulting and Consultant at Michael Page International, emphasizing expertise in recruitment services and strategic talent management across various sectors.
