Richard Phillips

Richard Phillips serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the EMEA region at Dentsu International, overseeing security for over 25,000 personnel across 46 markets. Previously, Richard held roles including EMEA Regional Security Manager and Programme Manager at Dentsu, and Project Manager at Lloyd's, where key contributions included developing a cloud-based database system. Richard's extensive experience also encompasses leadership positions within the UK Ministry of Defence, where responsibilities included managing military intelligence operations and driving organizational change. Richard is educated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with Pharmaceutical and Forensic Science from the University of Bradford and holds a Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management from Stratford Business School.
