Sophie Walton

Sophie Walton is an experienced professional in employee relations and diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as an Employee Relations Advisor and EMEA Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Coordinator at dentsu since October 2017. Prior to this role, Sophie worked as a Contracting PA through Pulse Search & Selection and held the position of Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Turn from May 2014 to June 2017. Sophie began a career in the arts as an actress from 2008 to 2015. Educationally, Sophie holds a 2:1 degree in Drama and Theatre Arts from the University of Birmingham and a Master's degree in Acting from East 15 Acting School.
