Mabel Nagujja

Mabel Nagujja, MS HRM, currently serves as the Employee Relations Business Partner Administrator in the Employee Relations & Equity department at the Community College of Baltimore County, starting in October 2023. With a strong foundation in human resources, Mabel has led and managed HR teams at various organizations including QBM Solutions LLC as a Business Owner since March 2019, and as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Amazon from October 2022 to October 2023. Previous experience includes roles such as Human Resources Manager at SI Staffing of Baltimore and Unlimited Services Available, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, policy compliance, and employee relations. Mabel began a career in human resources as a Human Resources Generalist at Tradesmen International and gained initial experience through an internship with the City of Baltimore. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the University of Baltimore.
