Chris McQuaid Fcca

Chris McQuaid FCCA has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles.

Starting in 1998, Chris worked as an Accounting Assistant for the British Heart Foundation until 2000. From 2000 to 2002, they worked as a Sales Ledger Assistant / Credit Controller at Landor.

In 2002, Chris joined Cohn & Wolfe as a Sales Ledger Assistant / Credit Controller, and later became an Assistant Divisional Accountant in 2004. From 2006 to 2008, they served as a Divisional Accountant at the same company.

Moving on, Chris worked at Carat UK from 2008 to 2013, initially as a Management Accountant and later as a Finance Manager.

In 2013, they had simultaneous roles as a Finance Manager at both Data2Decisions and iProspect.

From 2014 to 2016, Chris served as the Commercial Finance Director at Vizeum. Chris then joined Carat UK in 2016 and held the same position until 2017.

Chris joined dentsu international in 2017 as the UK R2R Lead until 2018. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as the Director of Financial Reporting and Analysis, responsible for accounting 15 brands within Dentsu Aegis UK.

Most recently, Chris has been working as the UK Finance Transformation Lead at dentsu international, driving organizational change across operational finance and control. This role involved leading the restructure of Commercial Finance, centralizing FP&A to the Bangalore Finance Services team, and introducing a Client Accounting & Assurance function. Additionally, Chris onboarded a third-party RPA solutions provider for process automation, including invoice generation and distribution to clients.

Throughout their career, Chris has consistently demonstrated strong financial expertise and leadership skills, managing teams and implementing strategic changes within finance functions.

Chris McQuaid FCCA attended The Priory School from 1991 to 1998. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) from the Association for Project Management in 2022 and is also registered with ACCA, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
