Dan Holland has a diverse range of work experience in the advertising and media industries. Dan has held various leadership roles in companies such as Dentsu, The Story Lab, Manning Gottlieb OMD, ZenithOptimedia, and OMD UK. Dan'smost recent role was with Dentsu as the EVP, Head of Dentsu Innovation Initiative (DII), Americas, where they helped clients predict and plan for future growth opportunities through the application of disruptive technologies. Prior to that, they served as the Global Chair of Web3 CoE at Dentsu, focusing on insights, creativity, and experimentation with evolving technologies and platforms. Dan also has experience in gaming, content partnerships, strategy, and connections/media. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in driving tangible business results and ROI for clients.

Dan Holland attended the University of Southampton from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a BA degree in Sports Management and Leadership.
