Paulina Martín is an experienced arts educator and program manager with a strong focus on youth engagement. Currently serving as the Manager of Youth Programs at the Denver Art Museum, Paulina oversees summer camp initiatives and youth art showcases. Previous roles include Membership Marketing Associate, where collaboration with marketing teams enhanced member engagement, as well as Group Programs Associate, facilitating bilingual art experiences for various age groups. With a background in education, Paulina has taught visual arts at STRIVE Prep and served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Texas Christian University. Additional experience includes teaching virtual lessons at the Amon Carter Museum and working with adjudicated youth at Big Thought. Paulina holds a Master of Arts in Art History from Texas Christian University and a Bachelor's Degree in Art History from the University of Dallas.
