Kaitlyn Ponce

Kaitlyn Ponce is a law student at the University of Colorado Law School, expected to graduate in May 2025. Currently serving as a Student Attorney at the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, Kaitlyn also holds a position as a Legal Intern at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in the Office for Civil Rights. Previous legal experience includes roles as a Legal Intern for the Colorado Supreme Court and a Legal Extern at the Denver District Attorney's Office, as well as clerkships at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP and Xcel Energy, where Kaitlyn focused on complex civil litigation and regulatory issues. Kaitlyn's background also includes positions in emergency communications and criminal justice, with advanced degrees in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies from Regis University.
