Kimberly Luna

Kimberly Luna is currently a County Court Intern at the First Judicial District Attorney's Office of Colorado, a position held since August 2024. In addition to this role, Kimberly serves as a Staff Editor for the Denver Law Review since July 2023. Previously, Kimberly gained experience as a Law Clerk at Maxted Law LLC and as a Diversity Assistant at the University of Denver's Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Other notable positions include Judicial Extern at the Colorado Court of Appeals and Legal Intern in the Juvenile Unit at the Denver District Attorney's Office. Kimberly has a strong foundation in legal support, having worked as a Law Clerk at Hall Booth Smith, P.C. and as a Legal Administrative Assistant at DaVita. Kimberly holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, expected in May 2025, and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Colorado Denver, earned in May 2019.
