Our mission is to advocate for victims of crime and to protect the rights of the accused throughout the prosecutorial process. The Legal Team at the Denver District Attorney's Office is responsible for prosecuting criminal violations within the City and County of Denver. This team works to advocate for crime victims, protect the rights of the accused, and uphold justice through every step of the prosecutorial process. Key roles include the District Attorney, Chief Deputy District Attorneys, legal secretaries, paralegals, legal interns, and other supporting staff who collaborate to prepare and present cases effectively in court.
