Aimee Schneider

Aimee Schneider is a seasoned educator and dedicated advocate for low-income students, currently serving as a Middle School Science Teacher at Denver Public Schools since July 2016. Prior to this role, Aimee was a Campus Campaign Coordinator and Corps Member with Teach For America from December 2013 to June 2018, where efforts focused on recruitment and community outreach for low-income youth educational initiatives. Aimee also gained valuable research experience as a Research Assistant and past Lab Coordinator at the Services for At-Risk Youth and Families Lab, contributing to data collection and the development of databases. Additionally, Aimee interned at Pambiliño, where a thesis was written on sustainable practices, and participated in hands-on reforestation efforts in Ecuador. Aimee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Denver.
