Andrea Jonas

Andrea Jonas is an experienced educator and administrator currently serving as a Student Support Liaison at Denver North High School since May 2024, where responsibilities include mentoring and tutoring a diverse student population. With a strong background in mathematics education, Andrea has worked as a Math Interventionist for Denver Public Schools since June 2015, facilitating significant student growth in pre-algebra and algebra concepts. Previous roles include serving as a Math Fellow and lead fellow at Eagle County Charter Academy, where Andrea supported K-8 students in both reading and mathematics, and various administrative positions that demonstrate proficiency in organizational and communication skills. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts/Science in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Mathematics from Western Governors University, as well as a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Point Park University.
