Cynthia Chico

Cynthia Chico is an experienced wellness program manager and personal trainer, currently serving as the Employee Wellness Program Manager at Denver Public Schools since May 2023. Cynthia has over two decades of experience in the wellness field, having previously managed wellness programs for Miami Dade College, Miami Children's Health System, and served as a health educator for Florida Blue and Cigna Healthcare. As the owner of Fitness with Chico since January 2005, Cynthia offers personal training and boot camp classes. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Health Education with a focus on Exercise Physiology from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Barry University.
