Karol Tovar Céspedes

Karol Tovar Céspedes is an experienced educator currently serving as a 4th Grade ELA-S Teacher at Denver Public Schools since July 2025. Previously, Karol worked as a School Success Manager at Toddle from June 2021 to June 2025, providing training to over 80 educational institutions across the Americas. Karol also held the position of School Success Segment Lead for Latin America at Gimnasio del Norte School, and worked as a Self Contained PYP Teacher at both Gimnasio del Norte and Liceo los Alpes. Early career experience includes serving as a Spanish Language Assistant at ACADEMIE DE LIMOGES and as an English Language Teacher at Centro Cultural Colombo Americano in Cali. Karol holds an Executive MBA in Leadership, a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics, and a Bachelor's degree in Teaching English and French as a Foreign Language.
