Samantha Sussenbach

Samantha Sussenbach has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Marketing Coordinator at Radon Safety from 2010 to 2012. Samantha then worked at Bright Horizons as a Teacher from 2014 to 2015, where they were recognized with the HEART Award for their dedication and commitment to the job.

From 2016 to 2019, Samantha served as the Operations Administrator at Thrive Autism Collaborative, where they handled various administrative tasks.

In 2019, Samantha joined Denver Public Schools, where they have held several positions. Samantha first worked as a Project Specialist, Strategic Initiatives from 2019 to 2021. Samantha then became the Division Chief of Staff for Human Resources, leading various notable projects and providing leadership and direction in HR-related data research issues until May 2022. Currently, they work as the Director of HR Information & Technology at Denver Public Schools, leading teams in HR data and analytics, compliance, learning management, and projects. Samantha uses people data to drive organizational strategy and helps business owners make informed decisions through HR data strategy design.

Samantha Sussenbach completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University in 2016. Samantha then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university, which they completed in 2018. Currently, they are enrolled at Wilmington University, working towards a Doctor of Education - EdD in Organizational Leadership, with an expected completion date in 2023. In 2016, they obtained the CompTIA Project+ certification from Western Governors University.
