Polica J. Houston

Polica Houston is an accomplished education and non-profit leader with a diverse background in program management and customer experience. Currently serving as the CEO of Denver Tennis Park since June 2025, Polica has previously held key positions including Vice President of Programs and Customer Experience at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado, Chief Program Officer at Boys Hope Girls Hope of Colorado, and Assistant Principal at both Aurora Public Schools and Denver Public Schools. Polica holds a Master's degree from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Colorado.
