Amanda Seier

Amanda Seier serves as the Corporate & Individual Giving Manager at the Denver Zoological Foundation since April 2022, bringing extensive experience in philanthropy and community engagement. Previously, at the American Cancer Society from December 2011 to April 2022, Amanda held multiple roles, including Philanthropy Manager, where responsibilities involved implementing a stewardship plan for mid-level donors and enhancing donor engagement strategies. Amanda also contributed as Senior Manager of Community Development and Senior Director of Community Engagement, effectively managing teams and fostering relationships with community partners across several states to advance the organization’s mission. Earlier roles include Recreation Coordinator at South Suburban Parks and Recreation and the City of Evans, along with a position as Summer Conference Coordinator at YMCA Storer Camps. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Administration from Aurora University, complemented by a YMCA Senior Director Certification.
