Mariana Malveira

Mariana Malveira has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2010 with an internship with Atitude Brasil. In the same year, they took on the role of Talent Management Director AIESEC - ESPM with AIESEC no Brasil. In 2011, they co-founded Kuleana Youth Programme Kenya, where they were responsible for strategic planning, recruitment of international volunteers, brand and website creation, and program establishment in Upendo Rescue Centre. Mariana also worked as a Designer for Crosspollen, and as a Designer de Interatividade for SKY Brasil. In 2012, they founded DeÔnibus | Brasil by Bus and served as its Director.

Mariana Malveira obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communication - Design from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing between 2007 and 2010. Mariana has also obtained a number of certifications since then, including a Bootcamp RH Ágil from Exame Academy in November 2020, Exponential Foresight from Singularity University in June 2019, IDEOU - Insights for Innovation from IDEO in January 2018, CSPO – CERTIFIED SCRUM PRODUCT OWNER from Scrum Alliance in August 2017, and Management 3.0 from Knoledge 21 in January 2017.
