Nicolás Rodríguez Fraile

Chris Nicol is an experienced electrical engineer currently employed at SMART Technologies since July 2010, where responsibilities include developing hardware for DViT interactive whiteboards and other educational devices within a cross-functional team. Previously, Chris operated as a firmware engineer at SMART Technologies, contributing to the development of firmware and diagnostic tools for similar products. Prior experience includes working as an electronics contractor for the Science Alberta Foundation, where Chris designed and repaired educational devices, and serving as a teaching assistant at the University of Calgary. Earlier in the career, Chris was an electronics engineer at Grindcom, focused on developing control systems for the forestry industry. Chris holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
