Claudia Johana Ceballos Criollo

Claudia Johana Ceballos Criollo is a specialized professional with extensive experience in inter-institutional coordination, monitoring, evaluation, and project management within the realm of public administration and development. Currently serving at the Departamento Nacional de Planeación since March 2019, Claudia has contributed to the operational activities of the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Control System and evaluated the management of resources under the Sistema General de Regalías. Claudia's prior roles include supporting project evaluation at PNUD-DNP, designing participatory monitoring methodologies for PDET projects, and implementing qualitative evaluations with the OIM-ONU Migración. With a Master's degree in Gerencia para el Desarrollo from Universidad Externado de Colombia and specialized education in conservation and political science, Claudia possesses a strong academic foundation to complement professional expertise in the field.
