Alexandra Grandsire

Alexandra Grandsire has extensive experience in healthcare administration, currently serving as the Directrice of the Direction du Pilotage, de la stratégie et de l’évaluation at the Département de la Seine-Maritime since January 2010. Previous roles at the same organization include Directrice adjointe sante au travail par interim, Chef du service ressources et coordination, and Responsable budgétaire et financier. Prior to this, Alexandra held the position of Adjoint au DRH at the Centre hospitalier de Dieppe and worked with the Fédération hospitalière de France and ARS Normandie.
