Thomas Deleye

Thomas Deleye has extensive experience in information technology and geographic information systems, currently serving as Chargé de mission informatique at the Département de l'Ardèche since March 2021. There, Thomas conducts audits of IT operations for the Direction des Routes et des Mobilités, focusing on developing strategies to improve business needs. Previously, Thomas held roles at the Conseil Départemental de Mayotte, including Chargé de mission Exploitation du SIG and Responsable des études et applications, where responsibilities included structuring geographic information systems and developing web applications. Earlier career experience includes serving as Chef de service informatique at the Direction Générale des Finances Publiques de Mayotte and an engineering role at WYNIWYG, where Thomas developed and maintained various IT projects.
