Faustine Coache

Faustine Coache is currently serving as Directrice adjointe de l’éducation et des collèges at Département de l'Essonne since August 2023. Previously, Faustine held the position of Enseignante vacataire at IPAG de Nantes, contributing to the Prépa Talents INSP/INET program with a focus on contemporary issues and methodology from September 2022 to May 2023. Earlier experience includes an internship at the Ministère de l'Intérieur, where Faustine supported the implementation of territorial organization reforms and conducted a human resources impact study, and an internship at the Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse, overseeing the establishment of the Service National Universel. Faustine's background includes various internships in education and administration, providing substantial experience in policy development and implementation. Educational achievements include a degree from the Institut National des Etudes Territoriales, and degrees from Sciences Po Lille and University of Gothenburg, among others, reinforcing expertise in public administration and political sciences.
