Olivier Malaguarnera

Olivier Malaguernra is an experienced digital transformation professional with a strong background in managing information systems and communication. Currently serving as the Directeur de projets transformation numérique at Département de l'Essonne since July 2021, Olivier oversees digital transformation strategies, coordinates various projects, and facilitates the adoption of new digital practices. Previously, Olivier held pivotal roles at Grand Paris Sud, where responsibilities included leading digital transition initiatives and managing organizational change, and at Communauté d'agglomération les lacs de l'Essonne, focusing on the implementation of information system strategies. Early career experiences include positions at Groupe Lucien Barrière and Sykes, emphasizing a strong foundation in IT support and systems administration.
