Kathy Spears

Kathy Spears has over 37 years of experience in the workforce, primarily with the US Army Corps of Engineers, where Kathy worked from April 1978 to February 2015 before retiring. Currently, Kathy serves as an Enterprise Acquisition Specialist at Four Inc., a position held since March 2015.
