Nassima Souici

Nassima Souici currently serves as Directrice de la restauration at Département de l'Hérault - Recrutement, responsible for coordinating the activities of the Pôle Restauration Scolaire, overseeing a budget of approximately 7 million euros, and leading the evolution project of the culinary services. Previously, Nassima held the position of Directeur adjointe de la restauration, where responsibilities included harmonizing food services across colleges, implementing food policies to support local production, and managing five culinary production units providing 20,000 meals per day. Prior experience includes Directrice de la caisse des écoles for the Caisse des Ecoles in the 15th Arrondissement of Paris, and roles at SIVURESC and Academie de Créteil, where Nassima gained extensive experience in service management and education in biotechnologies. Currently pursuing an MBA in Public Administration at IAE Montpellier, Nassima also holds an engineering degree in agro-food from Polytech Lille and a DEUG in biochemistry from Université de Franche-Comté.
