Luc de Montecler

Luc de Montecler currently serves as DRH-adjoint at Département du Doubs since December 2019. Prior to this role, Luc worked as a consultant at DURANTON CONSULTANTS from January 2009 to November 2019 and held the position of Directeur des Ressources at Ville de Pithiviers from June 2006 to January 2009. Luc holds a Master 2 degree in Administration locales et régionales en Europe from Sciences Po Strasbourg, completed in 2006, and a Diplôme de l'IEP in Service Public from the same institution, earned in 2005. Additionally, Luc is pursuing a certification in "Mener un projet de recrutement : du sourcing à l'entretien structuré" at L'Ecole du recrutement, expected to be completed in January 2024.
