Louise Mayhew

Louise Mayhew is an experienced human resources professional, currently serving as the People Strategy Deputy Director at the Department for Work and Pensions since September 2016. Throughout a diverse career, Louise has held various significant positions, including Human Resources Director in the Change Group and Senior HR Business Partner for Digital Transformation at DWP. Previously, Louise was Head of Organisation Development and Talent at Defra and a Senior HR Capability Consultant at CIPD. Additional roles include Programme Manager for HR Transformation at HMRC, HR Project Manager at RBS, and Consultant for People and Organisational Change at PA Consulting Group. Louise began her career as a Human Resources Graduate at Rolls-Royce after earning a first-class BA in Geography from the University of Leeds.
